2025 Touchstone Energy Cooperatives Bowl Trophy Presentations Tonight, Horry Electric board trustees recognized two football players in Horry County who have been selected to play in the North vs. South All-Star game in December. Congratulations to Dy’Lon White, defensive lineman for Green Sea Floyds High School! Board President Johnny Shelley (right) and Trustee Frankie Blanton (left) presented White with his award.
